Since Quiplash requires an even number of players, that is likely one of the requirements to make it appear as the minigame. I had to play MANY games of TMP2 before I finally got it, so it's very luck-dependent. The Jackbox Party Pack games usually feature a mix of games that play it safe and others that are highly experimental, and as a result, not all of them land. Quiplash is one of the randomly selected minigames that may come up between trivia rounds in Trivia Murder Party 2.
